How do we dispose of asbestos from the roof?
Preparatory stage
A period of 30 days must be given for obtaining authorisation for the professional disposal of asbestos-containing materials.
Disposal of asbestos roofs
Most often, we dispose of the roofs of family homes in the range of 200 to 300 m2. The work is carried out directly on the roof, in some cases we use scaffolding or forklift trucks.
Duration/Time frame
It takes approximately 3-4 days to dismantle a normal roof of a house without complications.
Asbestos stabilisation
Before dismantling, asbestos is stabilized by a special spray that is applied with high-pressure airless equipment to prevent the release of fibres during dismantling.

Never remove asbestos yourself
Asbestos is a hazardous waste and is a strong cause of cancer.
Never dispose of the asbestos roof yourself, dangerous fibres will penetrate the immediate surroundings, interior and contaminate the living spaces in your area. You endanger not only yourself, but also other people in your immediate surroundings - family, neighbours.
Loose asbestos fibres are practically indestructible. They cannot be vacuumed with a conventional vacuum cleaner. Microscopic fibres settle indoors, on clothes and, of course, on the lungs.
Depending on weather conditions, the contaminated area can be up to 3 km radius.
Asbestos roofing should never be cleaned of dirt or moss, as this will release a large number of microscopic asbestos particles.
Do not cut holes, e.g. for satellite dishes, or otherwise mechanically interfere with the roof.
We do not recommend repairing such a roof - for example, painting, asphalting strips or otherwise modifying.
